Assets settings
The Assets settings bring together what applies to all your files. They're part of the Catalog settings: Settings at the bottom of the sidebar opens a panel next to it, and Assets is one of the Catalog groups in that panel.
Open the Assets settings
Steps
- In Nucleo, go to Catalog > Settings > Assets.
- Choose a tab: Languages, Delivery, Destinations or Shared links.
| Tab | What it's for |
|---|---|
| Languages | The languages of your catalog, the same list as in the rest of Catalog. See Languages and translations. |
| Delivery | Storage and Delivery presets. |
| Destinations | Not in use yet. See Destinations. |
| Shared links | Every public link your company has created, with the option to revoke it. See See and revoke every shared link. |
Tip
Each tab has its own address. Bookmark the one you use most, such as Shared links.Check your storage
Steps
- In Nucleo, go to Catalog > Settings > Assets > Delivery.
- Read the Storage panel at the top.
| Field | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Provider | Where your master files and renditions are kept. |
| Used | How much space your files take. When the disk holds more, because of earlier versions of files and the Trash, a second line says how much, such as 2.4 GB on disk, including previous versions and Trash. |
| Quota | Your storage quota and the share of it you're using, or No quota. |
Tip
Files in the Trash still take space until they're permanently deleted after 30 days.Manage delivery presets
Below Storage, the Delivery tab lists your Delivery presets with their Spec and Fit. To add, edit or delete one, see Delivery presets and renditions.
Destinations
The Destinations tab lists Shopify and CSV, and lets you add others with Add destination. Each destination becomes a tab and a pill in the product galleries of Product assets.
Note
Destinations aren't in use yet. Nothing is sent to any channel from here, the destinations you add are kept only in your browser, and the destination pills in the galleries aren't saved. Your channels get their photos from the product editor. See Adding and editing products.Who can change the settings
| Setting | Who can change it |
|---|---|
| Delivery presets | Owners and Admins. |
| Revoke shared links | Editors, Admins and Owners. |
| Languages | As in the rest of Catalog. See Languages and translations. |
Everyone with access to Catalog can open the Assets settings and read them.
