Import and export

Bring products and everything around them in from spreadsheets and Google Drive, and take your data out as CSV files and image packages.

Files are how product data enters Nucleo. A product import creates or updates products from a spreadsheet, one row per variant, matched by SKU: identity, attributes, categories, variants, prices, stock and image URLs in a single file. The same file can rename SKUs and record the versions of a product over time. Other imports load locations, markets, attribute values, channel status and translations. Product photos can also come straight from a Google Drive folder.

Every import follows the same steps: choose what you import, upload the file, choose the sheet and header, map the columns to Nucleo fields, review the check, and run it. Imports only update what they touch and leave everything else as it is, and every run is kept in the history with its error report.

Exports go the other way. The product, inventory, market and location exports use the same headers as the matching import template, so you can export, edit in a spreadsheet and re-import with no remapping. Image packages build a ZIP of product photos for a marketplace.

Imports live in Catalog > Settings > Data flows > Imports; exports in Catalog > Settings > Data flows > Exports.
