Assets
Keep campaign imagery, product photos, video and documents in one library, link them to products, share them and deliver every size from one master file.
Assets is your company's home for digital files: campaign and lookbook imagery, product photography, video, PDF documents, vector files and 3D models. You upload a file once, describe it, record its rights, link it to the products it shows, and then share it with people outside the company or serve it in whatever size a channel needs.
You find Assets inside Catalog, in the Assets group of the sidebar, below the Catalog pages. It has two pages, and opening Assets takes you straight to the first one. The Library is where files live, organized in folders with their own access rules and a Trash. Product assets turns the view around and starts from the product: for each product in your catalog it shows how much media is linked to it and lets you open it. The settings of the area, such as delivery presets and the register of shared links, are in Catalog > Settings > Assets.
Every file has a page of its own, with its editorial copy (title, description and alt text), tags, the products it's linked to, ready-made URLs for every rendition, the metadata read from the file and its rights and licensing. Public links let press, agencies, photographers or stores view and download a file, a selection or a whole folder without a Nucleo account.
