Shoppers
Turn orders and storefront behavior into profiles you can read: your customer base, one shopper at a time, and the signal your storefront sends.
Shoppers turns your orders and your storefront's events into something you can read and act on. It's for whoever sells, not only for whoever runs search: how often customers come back, what they send back and why, what they pay, which size they take, and what one customer has bought and kept.
Profiles shows your whole customer base and lets you save groups; One shopper opens the history of a single customer. Signal tells you whether your storefront is sending its events and what they say, and Test events is the check for whoever installs the tracking. The privacy requests Shopify sends on behalf of your customers are handled at the bottom of Signal: see Privacy requests.
