Products
Find, create and edit products, manage their variants and groups, organize them in categories and follow their history.
A product in Nucleo is the master record of something you sell: its title and description, its attributes, its photos, its variants (usually sizes) with their SKUs, barcodes and stock, the categories it belongs to and the channels it goes to. Every sales channel, language and price list reads from this record.
You work on products in two places. The product list in Catalog > Catalog > Products is built for large catalogs: search, filters, saved views, edits in the grid and bulk actions. The product editor opens when you click a product, and holds everything about that one product in six tabs, with the publishing controls on the right.
Products are grouped in two ways. Categories are the tree your customers browse, with products added by hand or by rule. Groups tie together the products that are the same item in another color or drop, so channels and recommendations can treat them as a family.
Every change is recorded. The product's Activity tells you who changed which field, where the change came from and what the value was before, and lets you restore it. When a product changes from a given date, such as a new revision, you can also keep the old values as a version.
