AI conversations
Inbox > AI keeps the AI chats that matter for your work, next to emails and calls: every conversation you have with Atomo, and the conversations you save from an AI assistant connected to Nucleo, such as Claude or ChatGPT. Each one shows its messages, its files and the company it's linked to, so Atomo and future suggestions can use it as context.
Save conversations from an AI assistant
To save conversations from Claude or ChatGPT, connect the assistant to Nucleo first. Each person connects with their own Nucleo login, and the assistant can only see and do what you can.
Steps
- Get Nucleo's server address from the AI clients (MCP) card. The card appears in the Configure step of workspace setup, where you click Copy server URL. If your workspace is already set up, ask your Nucleo contact for the address.
- In Claude or ChatGPT, add Nucleo as a connector with that address, and sign in with your Nucleo account.
- In a chat with the assistant, turn on the Nucleo connector and ask it to save the conversation, for example with
save this conversation.
The conversation appears in Inbox > AI with a title and a summary, linked to the company, contact or deal it's about.
