Brain settings

Set up Brain for your whole company: who uses it and with which role, how your emails and documents look, which tools it connects to.

Brain's settings are where Owners and Admins shape how Brain works for everyone in the company. Click Settings at the bottom of the rail, on the far left of the screen, while you are in Brain. A panel opens next to the rail: at the top your organization, where company admins also find its users, plan, Atomo and connections, and under it the five groups of Brain's settings.

Each group is one entry of the panel. Click it to open its first page; the other pages of the group are tabs at the top of the page. For example, to manage roles you go to Brain > Settings > People & access > Roles. On a small screen the panel isn't there: a row of menus at the top of each settings page lets you move between groups.

GroupPages (tabs)
CompanyBranding, Domains & authentication, Sites (CMS), Services, Document templates and Partner commissions.
People & accessUsers and Roles, and GDPR retention rules.
Automations & AIAtomo, Rules and Alert routing, and Emails & notifications.
DataData quality, Industries and File archive, and Drive folders, once Google Drive is connected.
IntegrationsConnections: it opens the Connections page of your organization, shared by every module.

Each settings page follows its own permission. Most of them need the permission to manage system settings, which Owners and Admins have. Managing users and roles is reserved to Owners. If a page shows Restricted, ask an Owner or Admin for access.

Note
You may also see Cron jobs, Extensions, Updates and Group view among the tabs. They are technical pages that the Nucleo team looks after with you: you don't need them to work with Brain.
