Contacts and companies
The people and organizations you work with: leads waiting to be worked, the contacts your team manages, the companies behind them, and the tools that keep the records clean.
Every person in Brain moves through a simple lifecycle. Someone who writes to you, fills in a form on your website or books a meeting starts as a Lead. The first time someone on your team really interacts with them, by replying from a connected mailbox, calling them, meeting them or opening a deal, they become a Contact and are assigned to that person. People who only signed up to your newsletter are Subscribers, and job applicants are kept apart as Candidates.
Contacts belong to Companies. A company carries relationship tags, such as Prospect, Client, Supplier or Partner, that tell you what it is to you. The Prospect, Client and Inactive client tags keep themselves up to date from your deals and your signed contracts, so your client lists stay accurate without manual upkeep.
Around these records, Data quality finds duplicates, missing fields and invalid values, and helps you fix them in bulk. Every list and every record page also has an Atomo button, so you can ask Atomo to summarize where a record stands and act on it after your confirmation.
