Getting started with Brain

Find your way around Brain, set up a new workspace and start your day from the Home page.

Brain is the part of Nucleo where your company keeps its shared memory: the CRM (leads, contacts, companies, deals, quotes, contracts, projects), your inbox, calls and chats, tasks, calendar, company knowledge and finance, all in one workspace. Atomo, the assistant, works alongside you on every record.

Most of the work in Brain starts from the Home page. Nucleo reads what comes in from your connected tools, such as emails, calls, chats, deals and contracts, and turns it into suggestions you can run in one click: create a task, reply to an email, update a deal. The rest of the sidebar holds the lists and records those suggestions work on.

A brand-new workspace opens on a short setup wizard where you connect the tools your company already uses. After that, each person connects their own mailbox, calendar and chat accounts from a checklist on their Home, so Nucleo can start reading and suggesting for them.

Note
What you see in Brain depends on your role. Each section of the sidebar has its own permission, so two colleagues can see different menus. Owners see everything. To learn how roles work, see Users and roles.
