Atomo in Brain
Ask Atomo about your clients, deals and documents, let it do the work, and decide how AI runs for your company.
Atomo is the assistant built into Nucleo. In Brain it knows your CRM: it looks up companies, contacts, deals, quotes, contracts, emails and Knowledge pages, answers questions about them, and makes changes for you. It always works within what your account is allowed to see and do.
You can write to Atomo or talk to it. Clear requests, such as creating a contact or adding a note, it carries out straight away and tells you in one sentence what it did. Anything hard to undo, such as sending an email or merging duplicates, it asks you to confirm first.
Owners and Admins decide how AI runs in Brain in Brain > Settings > Automations & AI > Atomo: whether it is on at all, whether it uses your company's own AI provider key, and which automatic AI activities are switched on.
