Knowledge
Your company's documentation, organized by area, kept true by its owners, and read by Atomo when it answers.
Knowledge is your company's documentation, written once and kept true: procedures, policies, guides, references, decisions, FAQs and templates. It's also what Atomo reads when someone asks how your company works, always within what that person is allowed to see, and it cites the page it relies on.
Pages are grouped into areas, such as Sales, Finance or Customer service. Each area has owners. Owners write and publish its pages directly; everyone else proposes a new page or a change, and the owners approve, edit or reject it. Nothing changes until an owner decides, and every publication keeps the previous version, so you can compare and restore.
Knowledge also grows on its own. Nucleo reads meeting summaries and the team's everyday work and proposes new or updated documentation to the area owners; when you explain a process to Atomo, it offers to save it as a proposal; and existing documents can be imported from Google Drive or Notion. All of these arrive as proposals, never as published pages.
You find Knowledge in the sidebar under Knowledge > Pages, and the proposals to review under Knowledge > Proposals.
