Calls
Inbox > Calls lists your recorded meetings, imported from the tools you already use: Fireflies and Google Meet notes. Nucleo gives every call a readable title and a short summary, recognizes the participants as team members, CRM contacts or unknown guests, and links the call to the right company and deal. Next steps from a call can become suggestions on your Home, such as a task or a deal update.
Connect your call recordings
Steps
- In Nucleo, go to Brain > Settings > Integrations. The Connections page opens.
- In Library, click Connect on a source:
- Fireflies: connect your company's Fireflies account with its API key, and choose how much history to import.
- Google Meet: connect your own Google account. Nucleo reads the notes and transcripts Google Meet attaches to your meetings. You can also use the Google Meet notes step of the checklist on your Home.
New recordings land in Calls about every 30 minutes. For the connection details, see Connections.
Read the Calls list
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Call | The title Nucleo gave the call. |
| Source | Fireflies or Google Meet. |
| When | Date and time of the call. |
| Duration | How long it lasted. |
| Participants | Who took part. |
| Company | The company the call is linked to. |
| Deal | The deal the call is linked to. |
By default, you see the calls you organized or took part in. Owners, Admins, Sales Managers and Project Managers can turn on Also other people's calls at the top of the page to see everyone's.
Find a call
Steps
- In Nucleo, go to Brain > Inbox > Calls.
- In Search calls, people, companies, type a title, a participant or a company.
- Optional: Click the filters icon, and pick a Source or a date range with From and To.
Open a call
Click a call to open it in a side panel. The panel shows:
- Open transcript, which opens the full transcript in the source tool.
- In short: a two-line summary.
- Participants, each marked as team, contact or, for unknown guests, their email address.
- Summary: the full summary of the meeting.
- Deal: the linked deal, and whether it was linked automatically or manually.
Link or unlink a call and a deal
Nucleo links a call on its own when a participant's email matches a contact: the company follows, and the deal too when that company has exactly one open deal. You can change the link at any time.
Steps
- In Nucleo, go to Brain > Inbox > Calls, and click the call.
- In Deal, do one of the following:
- To remove the current link, click Unlink.
- To link a deal, search for it in the deal picker and select it.
A link you set by hand is never overwritten by Nucleo.
Considerations for calls
- Meetings with only your colleagues aren't linked to any company.
- When a lead takes part in a recorded call, it becomes a contact.
- Changing the history range of Fireflies restarts the import from the new start.
