Industries and file archive
Two tabs of Brain > Settings > Data keep your shared data tidy. Industries holds the list of sectors your companies are classified into, used on company pages, in the Companies report and by data quality. File archive lists every file stored in Brain, including the attachments of every email your team receives or sends, except spam. An email that reached several colleagues keeps one copy of each attachment.
Add, rename or delete an industry
Steps
- In Nucleo, go to Brain > Settings > Data > Industries.
- Do one of the following:
- To add an industry, type its name in New industry name…, and then click Add.
- To rename one, click the pencil icon on its row, change the name, and then click the check mark.
- To delete one, click the trash icon on its row, and then click Delete.
A change applies everywhere at once.
Note
Companies using a deleted industry keep their old sector as plain text, but lose the link to the list. The company relationship tags, such as Client, Prospect or Supplier, are set on each company page, not here. See Client status and relationships.Find, open or download a file

- Optional: type in Search files.
- Click the download icon on the file's row to open or download it.
Each row shows the file name, type, size and upload date.

Caution
Deleting a file removes it permanently from storage. It can't be undone. Files linked from Google Drive are not stored here: they stay in Drive.
