Your calendar in Brain

Calendar > Agenda shows your Google Calendar inside Brain, so you see your meetings next to your CRM. Events are read live from Google each time you open the page; nothing is copied into Nucleo.

Note
The agenda is read-only. To create, move or delete an event, open it in Google Calendar.

Connect Google Calendar

Steps

  1. In Nucleo, go to Brain > Calendar > Agenda.
  2. Click Connect Google Calendar. You can also use the Google Calendar step of the checklist on your Home, or Google Calendar in Connections.
  3. Sign in with your Google account and allow access, including permission to create events. Booking pages need it to add the meeting to your calendar.

Back in Nucleo, your agenda appears. If you connected in read-only mode, a message offers Reconnect Google Calendar to grant the missing permission with the same account.

View your agenda

Use the switch at the top right to choose a view. Brain remembers your choice.

ViewWhat it shows
ListUpcoming shows the next 14 days, grouped by day. Past shows past events, from the most recent, with Newer and Older to move between pages.
WeekA week grid. Use the arrows to move week by week, and Today to come back.
MonthA month grid, with the same controls.

Each event shows its time or All day, the location and the number of attendees. Meetings with a Google Meet or other video link have a Join button. In the week and month views, click an event to see its details and Open in Google Calendar.

Choose how far back past events go

Steps

  1. In Nucleo, go to Brain > Settings > Integrations. The Connections page opens.
  2. In Connected, click Google Calendar.
  3. In Past events to show, choose:
    1. Upcoming only
    2. Last 3 months
    3. Last 12 months
    4. Everything

The Past tab then shows events in that period, up to the most recent 1,000.

Considerations for the calendar

  • If Google doesn't answer, the page shows Calendar unavailable. Click Retry.
  • Only you see your agenda.
  • Your calendar's busy time is also what your booking pages use to offer free slots. See Booking pages.
