Income statements
Statements puts your company's yearly results side by side: revenue, EBITDA, personnel costs, depreciation and amortization, net income, equity and cash. Past years come from your approved financial statements. The current year is a simulation built from the documents synced so far.
You find it under Brain > Finance > Statements.
Note
Past statements are loaded into Brain when your workspace is set up; there is no import from the interface. If the page shows only the current simulated year, or a year is missing, ask your Nucleo contact.Read the statements by year

- In Nucleo, go to Brain > Finance > Statements.
- Optional: in Filter years, type a year to find it.

| Badge | What it means |
|---|---|
| Simulated | The current year. Brain projects the invoices and expenses synced so far onto a full year. The assumptions behind the estimate appear under the table. |
| Partial | A provisional statement, or one that closes before 31 December. |
Open a year
Click a year in the table. Its page shows three panels, each with its line items and amounts:
- Income statement
- Assets
- Equity & liabilities
Note
The simulated current year doesn't open: its figures are an estimate, not a statement.
