The four modules

Nucleo is organized in four modules. Each module groups several areas of work that you'll find as sections in its sidebar. Your company can have one module or all four, depending on its plan.

One Nucleo account covers every module you have access to. You don't sign in again to move from one module to another: see Switching companies and modules.

What each module does

ModuleWhat it's forMain sections
BrainThe company brain: customers and sales, the shared inbox, knowledge, projects, finance and your corporate websites.Inbox, Tasks, Calendar, Knowledge, Leads, Contacts, Companies, Deals, Quotes, Contracts, Projects, Finance, Reports, CMS
CatalogOne product catalog for every channel: product information, digital assets and channel feeds, with site search, merchandising and recommendations on top.Home, Catalog, Search, Merchandising, Recommendations, Shoppers, Assets, Feeds
CommerceThe day-to-day operation: customer care, stores and stock, and orders.Home, Orders, Stores, Customer care
IntelligenceBusiness intelligence across your channels, with inventory and replenishment views.Dashboard, Sales, Paid and Organic channels, CRM, CRO, Products Inventory, Finance & P&L

Each module has its own documentation: Brain, Catalog, Commerce and Intelligence.

Note
Some areas are still being built. Intelligence currently shows demonstration data, not your company's figures: see What's available today. In Commerce, Orders shows a presentation page unless your company uses Nucleo Orders: see Orders.

Understand which modules you see

Two things decide which modules appear for you:

  • The modules active for your company. They depend on your company's plan. An administrator can see them, each with its plan, in Settings > Plan, but can't switch them on or off: to add a module, contact the Nucleo team. See Settings.
  • The modules you've been given. Inside your company, an administrator gives each person access to one or more of the active modules, with a role in each. See Adding people.

If you belong to more than one company, the list can be different for each company. After you sign in and choose a company, you only see the modules you can open there. If none are available, Nucleo shows No modules enabled for this company yet.

Atomo, the assistant

Atomo is the AI assistant built into Nucleo. It opens from the same button in the bottom-right corner of every page, works only with the data of the company you're in, and follows your permissions. Today Atomo works in Brain and in Catalog. See Using Atomo and What Atomo can do.
