What Intelligence is for
Intelligence is organized around the questions people ask about the business, not around the tools the numbers come from. Each area reads the same date range and comparison, so a number in one view means the same thing in the next.
What an area can show depends on the sources your company connects: your online store, your ad accounts, your web analytics, your email platform, your stock. A channel you don't connect has nothing to report.
Direction: the business as a whole
The management view, for the questions asked first: how the business as a whole is doing across channels, which numbers need attention this week, and how revenue turns into margin once marketing and running costs are taken out.
| Area | What it's designed to answer |
|---|---|
| Dashboard | One roll-up of the key figures of every channel, on the same period. |
| Finance & P&L | The monthly profit and loss: revenue, costs, margins. |
Channels: each channel on its own terms
Each channel gets its own reading with the same controls, so you can compare them fairly.
| Area | What it's designed to answer |
|---|---|
| Sales Channel | How each way of selling performs: your online store (eCommerce), your stores (Retail), wholesale (B2B) and Marketplace. |
| Paid Channel | What your advertising costs and returns: Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads and Affiliate. |
| Organic Channel | How people find you without paid media: web analytics, search visibility, the product feed on Google, and organic social and video. |
| CRM | What your email flows and campaigns bring in. |
| CRO | Where visitors get stuck on your site, and what stops them from buying. |
Products and inventory
The area that reads your catalog and stock the way an analyst would, SKU by SKU and location by location. Stock problems are rarely about the total: the size that sold out in one store is often sitting unsold in another.
| Area | What it's designed to answer |
|---|---|
| Warehouse & Catalog | How much stock sits where, the size curve, what moves and what doesn't. |
| Product Style Analytics | Which styles earn the margin, how much they're discounted, how their sizes sell. |
| Replenishment | What to reorder, and how much, for each SKU, following real demand, and what to move from where it sits to where it sells. |
| Forecasting | Demand over the next 30, 60 and 90 days, with seasonality, explained rather than a black box. |
| Inventory Health | Which stock turns, which ages, and where the risk of running out or overstocking is. |
