Users and permissions

Add teammates to your company, give them the right role in each module, and keep access up to date.

In Nucleo, access works on two levels, and both are set per company. The company role says what a person can do on the company itself, such as managing its users. The module role says what they can do inside each module, such as editing products in Catalog or only reading dashboards in Intelligence.

Company administrators manage both levels from Settings > Users, at the top of the Settings panel. They add people, choose their roles, and give or remove access to modules. Changes apply immediately, in every module. See Settings.

There's no public sign-up and no limit on the number of users. A new person receives an invitation email and creates their account from it; a person who already has a Nucleo account gets the new access straight away.

Note
Users appears in the Settings panel, and Company settings in the account menu, only for people whose company role is Admin. If you don't see them, ask an administrator of your company.
