Accepting an invitation

When an administrator adds you to a company and you don't have a Nucleo account yet, Nucleo sends you an invitation email with the subject You're invited to join <company> on Nucleo. Accepting it is how you create your account: you choose your password and you can sign in straight away.

If you already have a Nucleo account, there's nothing to accept. The new company or module is yours immediately and appears the next time you sign in or open the company switcher.

Accept an invitation

Steps

  1. Open the invitation email and click Accept invitation. The Join your team on Nucleo page opens.
  2. Check Work email. It's filled in from the invitation: keep the address the invitation was sent to.
  3. In Password, enter a password of at least 10 characters.
  4. In Confirm password, enter the same password again.
  5. Click Accept invitation. Nucleo shows Account activated — taking you to sign-in….
  6. On the sign-in page, sign in with your email and new password, then choose the company and module.
Tip
If your work email is a Google account, after accepting you can also sign in with single sign-on. See Signing in.

If the invitation has expired or doesn't work

An invitation is valid for 7 days. After that, the page shows This invitation is not valid or has expired. Ask the administrator who invited you to resend it: they can do it from the person's card in Settings > Users. See Managing people and companies.

  • A resent invitation replaces the previous one: use the link in the most recent email.
  • An invitation link works only once. If you already accepted it, sign in normally, or reset your password if you don't remember it.
  • If you open the invitation page without a link, Nucleo shows Open the link in your email: invitations can only be accepted from the email.
