Viewing one shopper
The One shopper tab answers the question of whoever has a customer on the phone: who is this person, what did they buy and keep, and what would go with it? It reads the customer's orders directly and compares what Nucleo suggests with and without their history.
You find it in Catalog > Shoppers > Profiles, in the One shopper tab. You need the Owner, Admin or Editor role, and every history you open is recorded.
Open a shopper
Steps
- In Nucleo, go to Catalog > Shoppers > Profiles.
- Click the One shopper tab.
- In the bar at the top, search by order number or customer id, and pick the customer.
The Who is searching card shows the customer, when they last bought, their number of orders and how many units they own. To clear the choice, click the clear icon (Back to any shopper) in the bar. You can also get here from Everyone: click a customer in a group's list.
Read how they shop
How they shop sums up the customer's profile:
| Row | What it says |
|---|---|
| Comes back | Every how many days they order, on average. |
| Last order | How many days ago they last ordered. |
| Sends back | The share of items they return. |
| Pays | The share bought on sale, and the average discount. |
| Buys most in | The month they buy most. |
| Orders in | The language of their orders. |
| Mostly buys | The category they buy most, and its share. |
Under each figure, the group they belong to is a link: click it to see who else is in that group. Usual size shows the size they keep in each group, with how many items of that size they kept. A customer with a single order shows One order is not a habit yet.
Read their wardrobe and purchases
Wardrobe and purchases has two tabs:
- Wardrobe: what they have, without the items they returned. Columns: Item, For, Category, Sizes and Units. Items whose shipment Nucleo can't confirm are counted apart.
- All purchases: everything they ordered, with Quantities kept apart (ordered, shipped, cancelled, returned), Sizes, Last purchase and Anchored, which marks the items the pairing suggestions start from.
Compare what to pair with an item
Steps
- In Pick the item to start from, choose the Reference item. To pick another one, click Change and search the catalog by SKU or name.
- Read What to pair it with, twice.
The same request runs twice. Without history is what any shopper would get. With their history uses everything Nucleo knows about this customer, including their size, and highlights the suggestions that are there only thanks to their history. Nothing is removed for having been bought already.
Read what the orders associate with an item
What the orders associate with this item lists the products bought with the reference item in your real orders:
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Item | The associated product. |
| Kind | same order if the two were bought together, or customer history if the same people bought them in separate orders. |
| Support | How many orders or customers back the pair. |
| Co-presence | How strong the pair is compared with the orders or customers considered. |
Associations are recalculated regularly and published as a numbered version. If a pair doesn't reach the minimum number of orders or customers, the panel says No association above threshold for this item, with the minimums in use, and the suggestions rely on your catalog rules.
Considerations for one shopper
- You can also search as a specific shopper in the search Playground and the Recommendations Playground.
- If the store's data is demonstration data, a Demonstration data message says so above the history.
- Treat what you see as personal data: open a history only when you have a reason to.
