Exporting data
Exports produces one CSV file per data type, in one click each. To open it, go to Catalog > Settings > Data flows, and then click the Exports tab.
Export a dataset

The file downloads to your computer.
Learn the export types
Round-trip exports use the exact same headers as the matching import template: export, edit in a spreadsheet, re-import, and the columns map back one to one.
| Export | Round-trip | Contents |
|---|---|---|
| Products | Yes | The full catalog, one row per variant, ready to re-import. |
| Inventory | Yes | Stock per variant and location. Re-import it with a product import. |
| Markets | Yes | Markets with currency, languages and countries. |
| Locations | Yes | Warehouses and stores. |
| Currencies | No | The currency list. |
| Languages | No | Your workspace languages. |
| Sizes | No | Size lookup values. |
| Price lists | No | Price lists per market. |
| Attributes | No | Attribute definitions and options. |
| Categories | No | The category tree. |
Export your product versions
The Product versions card exports every version of your products with the date it starts and ends, for example to compare them with your sales in a BI tool.
Steps
- In Nucleo, go to Catalog > Settings > Data flows, and then click the Exports tab.
- In Product versions, next to All versions, click Download CSV.
The file has one row per product, version and field, with the value in that version and today's value. It's meant for analysis and can't be re-imported. See Product versions.
Export only part of the catalog
Steps
- In Nucleo, go to Catalog > Catalog > Products.
- Search and filter the list down to the products you need.
- Click More actions > Products (CSV).
Nucleo exports every product that matches, not only the visible page, in the same layout as the full Products export. If no product matches, it tells you so.
Export product photos
To send photos to a marketplace, build an image package, from Exports or from the product list for selected products. See Image packages.
