Managing people and companies
Settings > Users gathers everything a company administrator needs to keep access up to date: everyone in the companies you administer, in a single list. If you administer several companies, you see all their people together, and each person's card has one block per company.
Only people with the Admin company role see Users. The company's plan and Atomo usage are on the next pages of the same panel, Plan and Atomo: see Review your company's plan and usage.
Find people in the list
Steps
- In Nucleo, go to Settings > Users.
- To search, click Search and filter above the list and type a name or an email.
- To filter, click the plus icon (Add filter) and choose a field:
- Company, if you administer more than one company.
- Status: Active, Invited or Disabled.
- Modules: the people who can open a given module.
- Optional: switch a filter between is and is not, for example to list everyone who is not Active.
The count above the list shows how many people match. The list shows 50 people per page; you can change it to 25 or 100 at the bottom of the list.
Read the users list
| Column | What it shows |

| Name | The person's name and email. Your own row carries a You badge. |
| Role in the company or Companies | The company role. With several companies, one badge per company with its role. |
| Modules | The modules the person can open, or No modules. A module they don't have doesn't appear in their sidebar or module switcher. |

| Last sign-in | When the person last signed in. |
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Active | The account is in use: the person has signed in or has a password or single sign-on set up. |
| Invited | The person hasn't accepted the invitation yet. You can resend it from their card. |
| Disabled | The account has been deactivated and can't sign in. Contact the Nucleo team if it should be reactivated. |
Export the list

- In Nucleo, go to Settings > Users.
- Optional: search or filter the list. The export contains only the people shown.

Give or change access to a module
Steps
- In Nucleo, go to Settings > Users and click the person's row.
- In the block of the company, do one of the following:
- To give access to another module, click Add module and choose the module. The person gets the module's read-only role; change it in the next step if needed.

Steps
- In Nucleo, go to Settings > Users and click the person's row.

Steps
- In Nucleo, go to Settings > Users and click the person's row.
- In the block of the company, click the trash icon, Remove from followed by the company name.

Review your company's plan and usage
The modules your company has, their plans and how much Atomo is used are on two pages of the Settings panel, next to Users. They show the company selected at the top of the sidebar: to review another company you administer, switch to it first.
Steps
- In Nucleo, go to Settings > Plan to see each active module with its plan. To ask for a different plan, see See your plan and request a change.
- Go to Settings > Atomo. The Usage tab shows the tokens used this month and today, the number of requests this month and the split by module.
- Under your company's name, at the top of the Settings panel, Nucleo shows how many modules are active, for example
3 active modules. - Usage is shown in tokens, the unit AI services count text in. To set a monthly limit, see Atomo settings for your company.
- Modules can't be switched on or off from Settings: they follow your plan. To add one, contact the Nucleo team.
Considerations for managing access
- Every change you make here applies to all Nucleo modules at once. Modules learn about it immediately.
- You can't delete a person's account: you can only remove them from your companies. Their account may still be used for other companies.
- Company administrators can also open Users from the account menu: click your name at the bottom of the sidebar, then Company settings.
