Getting started with Commerce
Find your way around Nucleo Commerce and understand what your role lets you do.
Nucleo Commerce is the workspace for the work that happens after a product is on sale: orders, store operations and customer care. It opens on its Home, and each area is a group of the sidebar with its own pages. The settings of each area are in Settings, at the bottom of the sidebar.
Not every area is at the same stage. Customer care and Stores are the operational areas you work in every day: tickets and customer requests on one side, stock, transfers and receiving alerts on the other. Orders shows its home page until order management is switched on for your company.
What you can do in Commerce depends on your Commerce role (Admin, Agent or Viewer) and, in Customer care, on the team you belong to. Start with Navigating Commerce, then read Roles and access to see what your role allows.
