Nucleo OMS
OMS is the order management module of Nucleo: one operational brain for orders coming from D2C, marketplaces, B2B and retail, built around a single view of stock and a clear path from order to fulfillment and return.
What OMS is for
Selling on more than one channel usually means more than one place where orders live — and more than one version of the truth about stock. OMS exists to collapse that: every order, whatever channel it came from, managed in one place against one stock position.
- Omnichannel orders — D2C, marketplace, B2B and retail orders in a single queue with a single lifecycle
- Stock & availability — one stock truth across warehouses, stores and channels
- Fulfillment routing — each order directed to the right warehouse, store or 3PL
- Returns — exchanges and returns tracked end-to-end, with stock back where it belongs
Getting started
- Sign in at app.nucleoplatform.com with your Nucleo account.
- Open the module switcher and choose OMS.
- If OMS isn't listed, ask your workspace admin — module access is assigned per user.
OMS uses the unified Nucleo login: one account, one session, and the modules you've been given access to. Roles are assigned per module, so your OMS permissions are independent from what you can do elsewhere in Nucleo.
Access & companies
Like every Nucleo module, OMS is scoped to the active company: switching company in the shell switches the whole workspace. Order sources, stock locations and routing rules are configured per company together with the Nucleo team during onboarding.
What's available today
OMS is newly live and its operational screens are rolling out. Today the module opens on its home inside the Nucleo shell; the order, stock, routing and returns surfaces land here progressively — and this guide grows with them.
