Nucleo BI

BI is the analytics intelligence module of Nucleo: e-commerce, retail, B2B, marketplace, paid and organic marketing, CRM and inventory read in one workspace — with the same controls everywhere, so one date range, one comparison and one export work across every view.

The BI workspace

BI is organized as one sidebar of analytical sections. Each section is a full view over one slice of the business, and all of them answer to the same date-range and compare controls at the top of the page.

  • Dashboard — the cross-channel overview: KPIs, revenue trend, countries, platform split, top products
  • Your dashboard — a personal dashboard you compose with the widgets you care about
  • Sales Channel — eCommerce, Retail, B2B and Marketplace, each with its own deep-dive
  • Paid Channel — Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads and Affiliate
  • Organic Channel — GA4, Google Search Console, Merchant Center, SEOZoom, Meta, TikTok and YouTube
  • CRM — email flows and campaigns measured next to everything else
  • CRO — on-site behavior: devices, browsers, top pages
  • Products Inventory — warehouse & catalog, replenishment, forecasting and inventory health
  • Finance & P&L — from revenue down to margin and running costs
Your workspace fills in as data sources are connected during onboarding. Sources that are switched off stay connected but are excluded from charts and summaries.

Getting started

  1. Sign in at app.nucleoplatform.com and switch to BI from the module switcher.
  2. Open Dashboard for the cross-channel picture.
  3. Pick a date range from the range control — every chart and KPI on the page follows it.
  4. Turn on compare to read each number against the previous period or the previous year.
  5. Use the export menu on a section to download its data as CSV.

If BI isn't listed in your module switcher, ask your workspace admin — module access is assigned per user, and roles are per module.

Dashboards & direction

Cross-channel dashboard

The landing view for the whole business: a KPI strip, the revenue trend, revenue by country with a map view, the split across platforms, top products and a quick read of CRM performance — everything on the same range and comparison.

Your dashboard

A personal dashboard you arrange yourself, so the numbers you check every morning are one click away instead of scattered across sections.

Finance & P&L

The direction view: a P&L table from revenue to margin, alongside the running costs of your app stack, so marketing and platform spend are read against what they actually return.

Channel analytics

Sales channels

Each sales channel gets a dedicated view. eCommerce covers daily trend, sales breakdown, best sellers, product and variant trends, customer segments including RFM, and VAT tables. Retail, B2B and Marketplace mirror the same reading for their own worlds — B2B down to the single client.

Paid channels

Google Ads and Meta Ads views put spend against revenue, rank top campaigns and break performance down by network and platform. Meta adds creative-level reading with fatigue signals; Google adds search terms and brand protection. TikTok Ads and Affiliate complete the paid picture.

Organic channels

GA4 covers channels, devices and top landing pages; Search Console covers queries, pages and geography; Merchant Center and SEOZoom cover feed and ranking health; Meta, TikTok and YouTube cover the organic side of social.

CRM & CRO

The CRM view measures email flows and campaigns — revenue trend, flows versus campaigns, engagement segments, recovered carts, per-flow detail. The CRO view reads on-site behavior: device and browser breakdowns and top pages.

Products & inventory

The Products Inventory group reads your catalog and stock as an analyst would:

  • Warehouse & catalog — stock by location and stock point, size curves, dead stock, inbound shipments
  • Replenishment — coverage, buy plan, top buys and stockout reading across the network
  • Forecasting — per-SKU projections with seasonality
  • Inventory health — ABC analysis, rotation, aging and allocation

The Products index lists every SKU with its cross-channel performance; opening one takes you to a per-product detail page.

Replenishment

BI includes the inventory replenishment suite for retail networks: the right stock, in the right store, at the right time. In a store network, stock problems are rarely about the total — they're about distribution: the size that sold out in one store is gathering dust in another. The replenishment views work at the level where the problem actually lives, SKU by SKU and store by store.

  • In-season replenishment — reorder recommendations that follow real demand
  • Store rebalancing — move stock from where it sits to where it sells
  • Demand forecasting — per-SKU, per-store projections, explainable rather than a black box
  • Coverage & stockouts — weeks of cover, sell-through and stock-at-risk across the network
  • Buy plan — seasonal buying and open-to-buy planning on top of the same forecasts

You'll find these in the BI sidebar under Products Inventory, fed by the same data sources as the rest of the module — store movements and stock from POS, sales from your commerce channels.

Settings

BI settings gather the workspace-level preferences:

  • Data sources & connectors — status, sync cadence, and whether each source feeds the dashboards
  • Stock thresholds — the limits that drive inventory alerts
  • Notifications — where alerts land when a threshold is crossed
  • Warehouses & stock points — the locations that power the inventory filters
  • Section order — drag to reorder the BI sidebar to match how you read
